Order in Council 710/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

David N. Corbett, Deputy Minister

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective July 12, 2023, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of July 11, 2024 and the date he ceases to be a deputy minister.
