OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 4, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into the Fibre Supply Assurance Agreement with Brooklyn Power Corporation in the form and subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Fibre Supply Assurance Agreement attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as

Schedule "A".
