On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1608/2020 dated December 3, 2020;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sarah Jacobs of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
