1 These regulations may be cited as the Forest Utilization Licence Agreements

Regulations .

Definition

2 In these regulations, “Act” means the Crown Lands Act .

Application of regulations

3 For the purposes of

Section 32 of the Act, “a person who owns or operates a wood-processing facility” means either of the following:

(

a) a sole proprietorship, general partnership or limited partnership that owns or

operates a wood-processing facility as part of its core operations; or

(

b) a corporation where one or more of its shareholders owns or operates a

wood-processing facility as part of its core operations.
