It re quires the termination of an y strike or lock-out and provides a mechanism for achievin g a new collective agreement. The Bill also converts all remaining professional activity days into instructional days. Il exi ge la cessation de toute grève ou de tout lock-out qui est en cours et prévoit un mécanisme permettant la conclusion d’une nouvelle convention collective. Il convertit par ailleurs les journées pédagogiques restantes en journées d’enseignement.
