OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 27, 2007, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the amount of business growth credits, forgivable loans, hereinafter set forth is accurate as at March 31, 2006, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such amount to the appropriate reserve account.

If an amount was not previously reserved, charge it to the appropriation for the service in respect of which the loans were incurred or to the Consolidated Fund. \x09\x09\x09\x09\x09\x09 Balance Reserved at \x09Department\x09\x09\x09\x09 March 31, 2006 Economic Development (business growth credits)\x09\x09 $ 4,068,204.31 TOTAL \x09\x09\x09\x09\x09 $ 4,068,204.31
