Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to approve an amendment to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation’s By-Law #5, respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation on February 13, 2020, which replaces Appendix “A” to By-Law #5 with Appendix “A” to
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to be effective March 31, 2020.
