B.C. Reg. 81/2013 , deposited February 28, 2013, pursuant to the FINANCE STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2010 [section 68] and the PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITY ACT [section 76]. Order in Council 96/2013, approved and ordered February 28, 2013.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 1, 2013,
(
a) sections 48 and 49 of the Finance Statutes Amendment Act, 2010, S.B.C. 2010, c. 4, are brought into force, and
(
b) the Personal Property Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 227/2002, is amended as set out in the attached schedule.

Schedule
Section 3 of the Personal Property Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 227/2002, is amended
(
a) in paragraph (
c) by striking out “
section 35 or 36 of the Manufactured Home Act ” and substituting “
section 27 or 28 of the Manufactured Home Act ”, and
(
b) by repealing paragraph (f).
Section 12 is amended
(
a) by repealing subsection (3), and
(
b) in subsection (4) by striking out “
section 35 or 36 of the Manufactured Home Act ” and substituting “
section 27 or 28 of the Manufactured Home Act ”.
Section 46 (1) is amended by adding “ , on application in Form 3 by a registering party or secured party, ” after “ The registrar ”.
Section 57 (5) is amended by striking out “
section 36 (9) of the Manufactured Home Act ” and substituting “
section 29 (2) of the Manufactured Home Act ”.
Schedule 5 is amended
(
a) in Form 3 by striking out “
Section 47 ” and substituting “ Sections 46 and 47 ”, and
(
b) by repealing Forms 4, 5 and 8 and substituting the following:
