OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated May 21, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after June 1, 2021, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development to enter into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $4M in respect of the capital expenses required to acquire and install modular classrooms as set out in the Report and Recommendation.
