Order in Council 130/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Steven Mastoras was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective June 30, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 930/2021;

And

whereas Steven Mastoras tendered his resignation effective December 15, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 930/2021 be revoked effective December 15, 2022.
