OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated May 10, 2010, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
a) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to, effective June 22, 2010, appoint John Sears of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the St. Francis Xavier University Foundation, for a term of office of three years.
