On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Joseph Nemet of Ridgeway be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of five years, effective September 13, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
