Order in Council 1429/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991 ,

Najmudin Hassam of North York

be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists for a period

of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
