OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health Promotion and Protection, the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, the Minister of Economic Development and the Minister of Education dated November 29, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the President of the Executive Council to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and Paralympics Winter Games, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
