OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 30, 2002, and pursuant to clause 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to purchase on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, lands containing approximately 46 acres, being lands between CN Railway mileage 16.60 and 20.50 in the Dartmouth Subdivision, Halifax County, from Canadian National Railway Properties Inc., its heirs, successors or assigns, for the purchase price of $50,000, which lands are shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
