[Note: Annual fees for domestic, dominion and foreign corporations are set out in the Act, as a result of

amendments to Sections 5 and 12 of the Act made by the Financial Measures

(2004) Act , S.N.S. 2004, c. 3,

S. 4-5.]

1 Fees to be paid to the Registrar for initial registration of a domestic, foreign, or Dominion

corporation under subsection 12(1) shall be the pro-rated portion of the fees incurred from

the month of registration until the next anniversary month of incorporation based on the

annual fees referred to herein.
