OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated September 19, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2007, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 3 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2007, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2007) Act, do come into force on and not before October 9, 2007.
