Order in Council 828/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Shirley Netten of Ottawa was appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 2419/2017.

Ms. Netten submitted her resignation effective February 5, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 2419/2017 is revoked effective February 5, 2019.
