Order in Council 1699/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Opticianry Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1399/2019 dated October 10, 2019, is amended by substituting the terms “effective the date this Order in Council is made” by “effective December 1, 2019”.
