CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wascana Centre Act (Assented to March 28, 1994) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Wascana Centre Amendment Act, 1994. R.S.S. 1978, c.W-4,

section 56.1 amended Subsection 56.1(2) of The Wascana Centre Act is amended by adding the following clause after clause (b): A(

c) in the fiscal year commencing on April 1, 1994 and ending on March 31, 1995 is equal to the total amount paid pursuant to

section by the participating parties to the Authority in the fiscal year commencing on April 1, 1993 and ending on March 31, 1994@. Coming into force 3(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on April 1, 1994.

(2) If this Act is assented to after April 1, 1994, this Act comes into force on assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1994.
