B.C. Reg. 168/2006, deposited June 14, 2006, pursuant to the PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION ACT [Section 59]. Order in Council 425/2006, approved and ordered June 13, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a)

section 3 (2) (

a) of the Passenger Transportation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 266/2004, is repealed, and

(

b) section 5 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

p) an auxiliary passenger vehicle.
