OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 20, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, authorizes the Minister of Health and Wellness or the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into the net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality Health Care Redevelopment Project at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital and Glace Bay Hospital sites.
