Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act dated March 13, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Claude D. Carter of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years, commencing on June 3, 2014; (

b) order that Claude D. Carter be remunerated in the amount of $3,600 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling the duties of a member; (

c) appoint Victoria L. Harnish of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hubbards) as member and Vice-chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years, commencing on June 3, 2014; and (

d) order that Victoria L. Harnish be remunerated in the amount of $12,000 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling the duties of Vice-chair.
