OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 22, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 11 and 12 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism appointing the following persons to the dispute roster pursuant to
Chapter 17 of the Agreement on Internal Trade: (
i) Ms. Krista Daley (ii) Mr. Gilles Deveau (iii) Mr. Michael F. Donovan (iv) Mr. J. Walter Thompson (
b) approve the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism appointing the following persons to the appellate roster pursuant to
Chapter 17 of the Agreement on Internal Trade: (
i) Ms. Krista Daley (ii) Mr. Michael F. Donovan (iii) Ms. Sandra MacPherson-Duncan (
c) appoint the following persons to the procurement review roster pursuant to
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade: (
