LOI SUR LA PLANIFICATION ET LES AFFECTATIONS DE BIENS-FONDS CONCERNANT LES EMPLACEMENTS SCOLAIRES (MODIFICATION DE DIVERSES DISPOSITIONS LÉGISLATIVES) Moved by the Honourable Mr. Lemieux Motion de M. le ministre Lemieux THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by adding the following definition: "school division" means a school division as defined in subsection 1(1) of The Public Schools Act but, except in clause 163(1)(c), does not include the francophone school division.
