OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 22, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the lease of land at Newville Lake, Cumberland County, for a term of five (5) years at the full term rent of $1,500.00, with the option to renew the lease for an additional five (5) years, from J. Cameron Fullerton and M. Anne Fullerton, their executors, administrators, heirs or successors in title, the subject land being shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
