definitions: "cider" means an alcoholic beverage produced by the fermentation of fruit juice. (« cidre ») "cooler" means an alcoholic beverage produced by combining a wine, beer or spirit base with (

a) fruit juice, vegetable juice or a flavouring preparation; and (

b) water or mineral water.
