WHEREAS 2020 is the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Manitoba by the Manitoba Act (Canada); AND

WHEREAS this anniversary is a time to celebrate and honour the accomplishments of Manitoba and its people, and to reflect on the history and the future of the province; Attendu : que l'année 2020 est le 150 e anniversaire de la création du Manitoba en application de la
