OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 26, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 8 and 10 of

Chapter 103 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corrections Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Bruce P. Archibald, Q.C. of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board, and to designate him Chair, for a term of three years commencing April 29, 2008, and to determine his remuneration to be at the rate of $10,000.00 per annum, and, in addition $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

b) reappoint Robert Chisholm of Porters Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board for a term of three years commencing April 29, 2008, and to determine his remuneration to be at a rate of $2,000.00 per annum, and, in addition $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (

c) reappoint Noella Martin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board for a term of three years commencing April 29, 2008, and to determine her remuneration to be at the rate of $2,000.00 per annum, and, in addition $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties.
