OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of Executive Council dated March 1, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective March 7, 2023, to designate the Honourable Tory Rushton as Acting Minister in respect of all matters and affairs within the portfolio of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing related to Annapolis Group Inc.
