On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , Warren Morris of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending July 25, 2022.
