On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders the following, effective March 18, 2013:

Section 1 (1) of the Personal Property Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 227/2002, is amended in paragraph (

c) of the

definitions of "collateral" , "debtor" and "secured party" by striking out " Family Relations Act , " and substituting " Family Law Act , ".

Section 3 (

c) is amended by striking out "

section 63 of the Family Relations Act , " and substituting "

section 100 of the Family Law Act , ".
