OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 14, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kelly Lynann Faulkner of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire October 31, 2005, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-530 dated October 19, 2000; and (
b) appoint Kelly Lynann Murphy of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire October 31, 2005.
