Order in Council 302/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Rupinder Hans of Kleinburg be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective July 26, 2022 and ending June 21, 2026.
