CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Trust Companies Act. [Assented to April 24, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Trust Companies Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The following

section is added after

section of The Trust Companies Act: "4.1 Notwithstanding sections and 4, sections 61, 65, 66 and 67, subsections 69(1) to (3) and sections 72, 74, 75 and apply to a trust company incorporated or continued under The Business Cor porations Act, and no other provision of this Act applies to any such company"_
