OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 26, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an amending agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada respecting Criminal Law, Youth Criminal Justice Act and Immigration and Refugee Matters in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
