Section of the Assessment Act,

chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “15.2” and substituting “15.2, 15.21”. 1 L’article de la

Loi sur l’évaluation, chapi- tre A-14 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par la suppression de « 15.2 » et son remplacement par « 15.2, 15.21 ». 2 The Act is amended by adding after

section applies to real property that is as- sessed in the name of a person who meets the following criteria: 15.21(1) Le présent

a) the person is entitled to a credit in respect of that real property or a portion of it under

section or 2.1 of the Residential Property Tax Relief Act , other than a credit under subsections 2(1.1) and (1.2) and 2.1(3) and (7) of that Act;

a) elle a droit à un crédit relativement à tout ou

partie de ce bien réel en vertu de l’article ou 2.1 de la

b) the person is at least 65 years of age as of January of the year for which the assessment is made; and

i) the determination of the amount of the assess- ment, (

i) la détermination du montant de l’évaluation, (ii) the eligibility criteria, (ii) les critères d’admissibilité, (iii) the databases referred to in subsection 15.21(3), (iii) les bases de données visées au paragra- phe 15.21(3), (iv) the effect on the assessment of a transfer of the real property, (iv) l’effet sur l’évaluation lorsqu’il y a transfert du bien réel, (

v) the assessment of new construction on and im- provements to the real property, and (

v) l’évaluation des nouvelles constructions et des améliorations sur le bien réel, (vi) the effect on the assessment of the death of the person in whose name the real property is assessed; (vi) l’effet sur l’évaluation lorsque décède la per- sonne au nom de laquelle est évalué le bien réel; 4 This Act or any provision of it comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation. 4 La présente loi ou l’une quelconque de ses disposi- tions entre en vigueur à la date ou aux dates fixées par proclamation.
