Order in Council 1108/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1 (2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Cheryl Fort, of Hornepayne

be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
