OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated February 15, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of an interest in certain lands by a Grant of Easement containing an area of 660 square metres, more or less, situated at or near Conquerall Mills Road, Hebbville, County of Lunenburg, and more particularly identified on

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of this Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the Grant of Easement of the interest in land to Bell Canada, a body corporate having its office at Montreal, Quebec, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
