OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 30, 1999, pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia each for a final term of office commencing August 1, 1999, and ending July 31, 2004: A. Franceen Romney of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County; H.F. MacIntyre of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Ray E. O'Blenis of Stellarton, Pictou County; James F. Richards of Truro, Colchester County; Alexander S. Beveridge of Halifax Regional Municipality; Anna Marie Butler of Halifax Regional Municipality; W. Michael Cooke of Halifax Regional Municipality; C. Gavin Giles of Halifax Regional Municipality; and Mary Jane McGinty of Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) determine the remuneration for all Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia to be at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first hour of each sitting of the court and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour or part thereof for each hour thereafter and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for a stated case and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at rates payable to public servants.
