On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Steve Gilchrist was appointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1455/2024 dated November 21, 2024;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Steve Gilchrist of Cobourg be appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
