OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated October 19, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 5(9) of
Chapter 466 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Theatres and Amusements Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the following persons as assistant inspectors under the Theatres and Amusements Act: Adrian Armsworthy, Dan Bowden, Gregory Gidney, Michael Gregory, John MacPhee, James (Jim) Richardson, Ronald Leo Muise, Harold Joseph Perro and John Kenneth Pushie; (
b) appoint the following persons as assistant inspectors under the Theatres and Amusements Act: Jason Troy Bowden, Andrew John MacLean, Stephen Adrian Timmons, Joanne Frances LeJean, Scott Hennick, Robert Suffron and Carmen Thibeau; and (
c) direct that any person appointed as an assistant inspector may perform all duties of the Inspector under the Theatres and Amusements Act.
