Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 645/95) pursuant to

section 31 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

1 The Vinyl Chloride Monomer Regulation (Alta. Reg. 10/82) is repealed.

Wildlife Act

FISH AND WILDLIFE TRUST FUND AMENDMENT REGULATION, 1995

Filed: October 11, 1995

Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 650/95) pursuant to

section 96 of the Wildlife Act.

1 The Fish and Wildlife Trust Fund Regulation (Alta. Reg. 277/85) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 4(1) is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by adding the following after subclause (x):

(xi) $1 from the sale of each wildlife certificate;

(xii) 50% of the proceeds from the sale by the Government

of each commercial fishing licence;

(

b) in clause (b)(

i) by adding "one dollar less than the" before

"net".

3 The following is added after

section 16:

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Transitional

16.1 The Minister shall

(

a) transfer from the Wildlife Support Program $1 of

the net proceeds from the sale of each wildlife certificate subsisting at

the commencement of the Fish and Wildlife Trust Fund Amendment Regulation,

1995 that were collected before that commencement under

section 4(1)(b)(i),

and

(

b) deposit in the Buck for Wildlife Program 50% of the

proceeds from the sale by the Government of each commercial fishing licence

subsisting at the time of that commencement.

Made by the Minister of Family and Social Services pursuant to

section 24

of the Parentage and Maintenance Act.

1 The Parentage and Maintenance Regulation (Alta. Reg. 376/90) is amended

by this Regulation.

2 The

a) by repealing Forms 1, 2 and 4 and substituting the attached

Forms 1, 2 and 4;

(

b) by adding the attached Forms 5 and 6 after Form 4.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made pursuant to

section 6 of the Parentage and

Maintenance Act, for expenses incurred for the purpose of determining

made to any person who assumes the care and control of the child(ren) even

though that person is not a party to this agreement. That person shall,

within 30 days of assuming the care and control of the child(ren), notify

the Director of Maintenance Enforcement by registered mail of the change in

care and control.

6 Where this Agreement is filed with the Director of Maintenance

Enforcement, the payments made under this Agreement shall be made to the

Director of Maintenance Enforcement pursuant to the Maintenance Enforcement

Act.

AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Deputy Minister of Energy (M.O. 37/95) pursuant to

section 6 of

the Natural Gas Royalty Regulation, 1994 (Alta. Reg. 351/93).

1 The Prescribed Amounts (Natural Gas Royalty) Regulation (Alta. Reg.

36/95) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 4 is amended by adding the following after subsection ( 8):
