Order in Council 1216/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 29(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act ,

Michael Briscoe of the city of Orillia

be appointed as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
