Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased to amend the Forest Fire Protection Regulations, N.S. Reg. 55/87, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 87-341 dated March 26,1987, to replace the current domestic burning permit system and extend the fire season in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2014.
