Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act , and

Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act , is pleased to re-appoint and designate the Honourable Pamela S. Williams as Chief Judge of the Provincial and Family Courts of Nova Scotia for a term of office of six months effective February 27, 2018.
