OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act and Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated November 19, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 4, 12 and 19 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, as agent of Her Majesty in Right of the Province, to sell and convey property at 133 Queen Street, Chester, Nova Scotia for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province; and (
b) authorize Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to engage the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to, assist in the sale of the property in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 26, 2005.
