On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Margaret Creal of Toronto be reappointed as a lawyer member and redesignated as full-time Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board, for a fixed term of two years, effective March 11, 2020.
