An Act to Amend the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act,

chapter R-10.6 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is amended by adding after subsection 49(9) the follow- ing: 49(10) The selection committee shall be established not fewer than 90 days before the end of the term of the Com- missioner. 49(11) If the office of Commissioner becomes vacant more than one year before the end of the term of the Com- missioner, the selection committee shall be established within 30 days after the vacancy occurs. Loi sur le droit à l’information et la protection de la vie privée,

chapitre R-10.6 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 2009, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe 49(9) : 49(10) Le comité de sélection est constitué au moins jours avant la fin du mandat du commissaire. 49(11) Si le poste de commissaire devient vacant plus d’un an avant la fin du mandat du commissaire, le comité de sélection est constitué dans les jours suivant la va- cance.
