OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 31, 2025, and pursuant to clauses 7(

c) and 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a deed for Crown lands currently identified as PID 40751133, 40751125 and a portion of 41311499 that contain approximately 29.059 hectares (71.781 acres) being located at Waverley and Ingramport, Halifax County, as shown outlined in bold and shaded grey on the maps marked

Schedule “A” and “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Municipal Enterprises Limited, or its approved successors or assigns; (

b) accepting a deed from Municipal Enterprises Limited, or its approved successors or assigns for land currently identified as PID 41323833 that contains 80.936 hectares (200 acres), as shown outlined in bold on the map marked as

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Municipal Enterprises Limited, or its approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
